What time is check-in / check-out?
The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on arrival date and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the departure date. A late departure fee of $30.00 per half hour will be charged beyond the designated departure time.
What items should I bring when I stay in Cabana 104?
You need to bring your own linens including queen size bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. If using sofa bed, bring extra linens. Pillows, comforter and blankets are provided. For kitchen; paper products, dish towel, extra trash bags, dish soap and cleanser (some items may be available from previous guest, but no guarantee).
Can I have more than 4 people staying in Cabana 104?
Occupancy may not exceed the allowable sleeping accommodations of 4 people. Queen bed and sofa sleeper (best suited for small children). Violators will be subject to immediate eviction.
What is the cleaning fee?
A cleaning fee of $58 per stay will be added to your total bill.
Is there any extra charges?
We strive to provide our guest with the lowest possible discount rates. The published online discount rates do not include taxes. Additional charges may include a 200 refundable SECURITY deposit and $58 cleaning fee. We don’t provide linens. Guests should plan to bring towels, linens for queen size bed and queen linens for sleeper sofa if used. Pillows, comforter and blankets are provided.
What’s the deposit?
A 25% non-refundable RESERVATION deposit is required at time of booking. A $200 refundable SECURITY deposit is required before acquiring key and parking pass.
What’s the age requirement?
The person making the reservation must be age 25 or older.
What is the pet policy at Cabana 104
Cabana 104 is PET FRIENDLY. One pet up to 50 pounds. Additional non-refundable fee applies. Please read and follow Carolina Beach Pet Rules.
What should I do to get my SECURITY deposit back?
You need to return the key and the parking pass. A charge of $25.00 for each key and $50.00 for parking pass will be charged if not returned. There is a $50.00 charge for lockouts.
What if I left personal items in Cabana 104?
Lost or forgotten items are the responsibility of the guests. Cabana104 management group will assist renter, when possible in the recovery of these items provided the renter pays all costs associated with the return of the items. All lost and found items will be disposed of after 30 days.
Because we attempt to offer discount and affordable oceanfront vacation rentals, B&D Property Group, LLC does not guarantee refunds of any money paid towards your rental in the event of a cancellation. We do, however, suggest Trip Interruption Insurance through companies like CSA Travel. If you are forced to cancel your reservation (for any reason) and you are not covered by travel insurance, we will put the dates you have rented back on the available rental market and if we are successful in re-renting the property we may refund any monies that would have been previously paid for the dates that the property was re-rented, minus $100 cancellation fee.
Do you provide linen package?
Linen/towels are not provided. Guests should plan to bring towels, linens for queen size bed and sleeper sofa is used. Local linen/towel rentals available from seasidelinen.com.
Is smoking allowed in Cabana 104?
Cabana 104 is a Non smoking condo. No smoking allowed. Smoking in Cabana 104 will result in forfeit of security deposit.
Is there internet service in Cabana 104?
Yes! There is FREE wireless internet service in Cabana 104.
If I have any questions about Cabana 104, may I check the front desk for any questions?
The property does not staff a front desk. Cabana unit 104 is managed by B&D property Group and contact information will be provided for questions or emergencies.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the Cabana parking lots. The complex is gated for extra safety and free covered parking is provided, however we suggest that all valuables are removed or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. One parking pass provided for FREE. Second parking pass available for $25 fee.
PLEASE PARK ALL FULL SIZE DUAL WHEEL OR EXTENDED BED TRUCKS IN ONE OF THE TWO CABANA PARKING LOTS ACROSS THE STREET. ANY VEHICLES THAT EXTEND PAST THE YELLOW PARKING LINES OR ANY VEHICLE THAT BLOCKS ANY WALKWAYS MUST PARK ACROSS THE STREET. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE PARKING PASS IS VISIBLE. NO TRAILERS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR BOATS ARE ALLOWED IN GATED PARKING AREA.
Does Cabana 104 have a shower or tub?
The condo has a full size tub with shower.
Do you have direct access to the beach?
Yes. Cabana 104 is ocean front unit with private access to the beach.

Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with full size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker (Mr. Coffee and Keurig) toaster and blender. Everything you need for basic cooking, if you choose to do so.
Do you have TV, Cable and DVD player?
Yes. Living area has a 32″ flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Master suite also has a flat screen television. See below instructions for operating TV/DVD.
Viewing Cable TV: Using the Charter remote control with the white buttons. Press top left button TV to power on, use the same button to power off. Use same remote to operate volume and change channels. If cable TV is now working, using the LG remote control press INPUT button, verify input is set to HDMI. Viewing DVD Player: Using the LG remote control, press the INPUT button and select AV1 from the list. Then use the SONY remote control to operate the DVD player functions. Return to viewing Cable TV by using the LG remote control, press INPUT button and select HDMI from the list.
Does Cabana 104 have a phone?
Yes, We provide free phone service to our guests.
Does Cabana 104 have laundry facility?
Yes. There is a laundry facility across the hall from Cabana 104 equipped with stainless front loading coin operated machines, laundry supplies are available for purchase.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order, cash, personal and travelers checks.
Where do I mail payments?
Mailed payments only accepted for bookings 15 or more days out. Call or email for payment information.
How do I reserve a vacation condo?

What is the difference between SECURITY and RESERVATION deposit?
The refundable SECURITY deposit is a damage deposit. Once you have departed, our cleaning crew will inspect the property. If the condition of the unit is the same as it was upon arrival, the deposit money will be returned to you. If there is damage to the unit, the deposit will be used to offset the cost to repair damage. If the damage exceeds the deposit, renter will be responsible for the extra cost incurred.
The RESERVATION deposit is used to hold the requested reservation. We do not offer those dates to anyone else. Should you cancel, the deposit may be lost. (see “Cancellation and refund” above).
Can I pay for the full amount including the deposit using a credit card?
Yes, their is no additional fee for using a credit card to pay the full amount. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
After paying the deposit to reserve my unit, when is the rest of the money due?
Full payment needs to be made 2 weeks prior to the date of your arrival. If full payment is not received by due date, the unit will be offered to others for rent. Loss of RESERVATION deposit and any partial payments will occur.
What should I do if I have a problem with the unit during my stay?
Although we try to anticipate and repair certain items to help prevent problems, sometimes things go wrong. We have several local maintenance professionals that we use to help us in these situations.
